Sr. CT Technologist Day Shift

We operate a 25-bed critical access hospital in Fort Bragg, offering a range of services. The Mendocino Coast is renowned for its natural beauty, outdoor activities, and small-town charm.

Utilize computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis. Deliver clinical care efficiently, demonstrating technical proficiency, organizational skills, and critical thinking.

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology (Preferred)
• Three years' CT technologist experience (Preferred)

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) (Required)
• Radiologic Tech license in CA (Required)
• Advanced certification in CT (Required in OR and HI; Preferred in CA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Fluoroscopy license (Preferred in CA and OR)
• Venipuncture certification (Preferred in CA and OR)

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from adolescence to geriatric.
• Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for interpretation.
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer.
• Ensure department compliance with accreditation standards (JCAHO, ACR, State Licensures).
• Plan daily patient workload, ensuring adequate staffing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
