Essential Job Functions- Prepare a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
- Measure ingredients required for specific items being prepared.
- Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
- Help with bagging and tagging orders.
- Run food out to customers’ cars or delivery drivers.
- Greet customers in person or via phone and take orders professionally and promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, giving information about menu items and specials.
- Up‑sell additional products when appropriate.
- Master Point of Sale (POS) computer systems for automated order taking.
- Communicate clearly and positively with management and team members.
- Handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
- Build loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation.
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Clean, stock and restock work stations and display cases.
- Transfer supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
- Pack, weigh and label products as required.
- Ensure supervisor is aware of food shortages.
- Adhere to all quality standards, principles, guidelines and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Promote company policies and advocate for Team Washington.
- Assure proper attendance and actions.
- Provide and receive positive feedback and constructive criticism.
- Maintain good communication with co‑workers.
- Serve as a resource for co‑workers.
- Cross‑train, learn how the role interacts with other departments.
- Work with manager and management to solve problems, providing suggestions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, taking ownership of surroundings.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality of information.

- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Pass applicable company background checks.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in interactions with management and customers, take and process orders.

- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Take orders over the counter or phone.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Make accurate and quick arithmetic calculations (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary.
