Marathon TS People Soft Developer Onsite in either Fort Belvoir, VA or St. Louis, MO Top Secret Clearaed Marathon TS is seeking a People Soft Developer who will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining application engine programs, components, and interfaces with the People Soft software suite. This software is used to perform everyday business operations such as HR, Financials, and Customer Relationship Data.
Work with Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract data from the People Soft database into usable reports. Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Integration Broker components of the software.
General Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining application engine programs, components, and interfaces within the People Soft software suite.
• This software is used to perform everyday business operations such as HR, Financials, and Customer Relationship Data.
• Work with Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract data from the People Soft database into usable reports.
• Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Integration Broker components of the software and People Tools. Experience and Expertise:
• At least 3 years of experience as a People Soft Human Capital Management Developer working with People Soft Human Capital Management Application in a classified environment.
• Experience using People Toolsn in conjunction with People Soft Modules:
People Soft HRMS (9.x, Payroll, Time and Labor. Development Tools: Process Scheduler, Application Engine, Batch Processing, Data Mover).
• Programming languages:
People Code, COBOL 11, ASP, JavaScript, SQR, HTML.
• Experience working in an iterative or Agile context.
• Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience with business system integration.
Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
