Position Overview The program delivers end-to-end EFIS&T services-including survey and design through installation, security, and testing. This work spans NIPR and SIPR networks, Wi-Fi, VoIP, ISP/OSP infrastructure, and voice modernization across all CONUS Army installations. We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational execution for Army network modernization efforts. You'll ensure schedules stay on track, resources are used effectively, and issues are resolved quickly to support on-time delivery across multiple installations.

You'll work closely with government stakeholders, engineering teams, and field personnel to coordinate activities, manage schedules, and keep operations moving smoothly. Responsibilities
* Ensure implementation and production schedules are executed as planned

* Manage and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support on-time delivery and conflict resolution

* Coordinate and resolve survey-related and operational issues

* Ensure effective use of survey and system resources

* Supervise operational staff and support day-to-day execution activities

* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with government and program stakeholders Required Experience/Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a related technical field

* Four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

* 5+ years of IMS experience, including at least 2 years leading scheduling personnel

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online)

* Demonstrated experience developing, baselining, maintaining, and analyzing IMS on complex programs

* Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check, BEI, CPLI, SPI

Preferred Experience /Qualifications
* Prior experience supporting the U.S. Army or other federal agencies

* Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with senior military leadership and program teams

Special Requirements /Security Clearance
* Active Secret clearance required at the time of application

* Travel up to 25%, as required Physical Demands
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
