HII's Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations. The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments.

The program is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required.

Configuration Analyst 2 | Salary: $66,495.00 - $94,992.00

• Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
• Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
• Coordinates modification records for management control.
• Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.

• Configuration Analyst 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• Configuration Analyst 2 - 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Configuration Analyst 3 - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• Configuration Analyst 4 - 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start

• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, or cost analysis
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or financial modeling software
• Knowledge of government contracting and DoD processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
