Job Description
Threat Tec is seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence (CI) Senior Analyst to join our team on the SES contract at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The CI Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating intelligence threats. This position requires a deep understanding of CI principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-stakes environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough research and analysis of intelligence threats, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.

* Develop and implement CI strategies to detect and mitigate threats.

* Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.

* Collaborate with other intelligence and law enforcement agencies to share information and coordinate efforts.

* Monitor and evaluate emerging threats, providing timely and actionable intelligence.

* Conduct CI investigations and support operations to protect sensitive equipment and information.

* Stay current with CI best practices, tools, and technologies. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Political Science).

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CI Analyst or in a related intelligence role.

* Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
