  Category IAT Level II, Security + CE, DLA Approve CE Certification, 100‑140 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) IT Support, 100‑150 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking, 100‑160 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity

• Five (5) years relevant experience
• Through understanding and working knowledge of testing, analyses and corrective action on systems, networks, hardware, and software
• Knowledge and understanding of all wire and connector types on all AV related cable

• Install, pull, terminate and test all audio visual (AV) type cables, connectors, and interfaces. Install projection screens, plasma TVs and different types of speakers. Installation of AV systems on client sites. Read blueprints and wire AV racks. Manage AV projects with various models and makes of equipment. Support up to ten (10) offsite events, within 50 miles of the respective duty station, per year.
• Have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of testing, analyses and corrective action on systems, networks, hardware and software.
• Know and understand all wire and connector types on all AV related cable.
