Senior HUMINT Analyst - G3X​/G2X

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior HUMINT Analyst to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Collection Operations Management (COM) and intelligence analysis to support CI/HUMINT operations, providing detailed analysis to support current and future operations.
• Assess collection posture and identify gaps.
• Prepare Strategic Assessments, Reports, White Papers, Briefings, and coordinate activities.
• Review HUMINT Operating Directives and Programs.
• Develop HUMINT efforts using established analytical methodologies and collection strategies.
• Perform operational analysis, quality control, and quality assurance of intelligence reports and raw intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD).
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Willingness to undergo and pass a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI).

Required qualifications/skills:

• Master’s degree minimum.
• Certifications:
  
  DoD Intelligence Fundamentals or Certified Defense.
• All-Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2 (CDASA-1, CDASA-2); or Certified Collection Management Professional - Fundamentals (CCMPF); or Intelligence Planner Certification.
• US Government all-source MOS or equivalent analytical certification course or program.
• Human Intelligence Training – Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) or DIA Targeting Officer Course or equivalent.
• 12 years in intelligence analysis, management, or leadership.
• 8 years as a HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military or IC role.
