Mid-level HUMINT Policy Analyst - G3X​/G2X

Overview

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level HUMINT Policy Analyst to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. Primary place of performance:
Fort Belvoir, VA. Active TS/SCI clearance required.

• The HUMINT Policy Analyst shall support the development, review, and revision of HUMINT and intelligence-related policies and regulations; research, analyze, and draft policy documents to align with national, DoD, and Army guidelines; prepare professional briefings and reports to senior leadership.
• Review existing HUMINT and intelligence policies for currency and effectiveness; coordinate with stakeholders to gather input and build consensus on policy changes.
• Translate operational experience into sound policy and incorporate relevant training and doctrine into policy recommendations to ensure practical implementation.

• Bachelor s degree required.
• USG HUMINT certification course; 8 full-time years of HUMINT or OMT experience; 5 years in a strategic Military Intelligence or IC role supporting HUMINT or sensitive intelligence activities; 5 years demonstrated policy experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Fort Belvoir, VA. Period of performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years. Anticipated award:

May 2026.
