• Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences in development of concepts, workload analysis, requirements determination, force management and development, and capabilities development.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Structures analytic questions based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving information collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products utilizing Microsoft Office and programs internal to Army.
• Demonstrates knowledge and application of Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
• Demonstrates ability to apply critical thinking and multitask.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 6 years of experience related to workload analysis, requirements determination, force/manpower structure management or development (to include equipping and/or stationing), organizational structure analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
-OR- an additional 2 years of related experience for a total of 8 years as a substitute to the degree.
