Senior Subject Matter Expert Electronic Warfare (EW)

Top Secret Responsibilities:
* Provide EW SME support for design, development, test, and fielding of advanced ISR, EW, and SIGINT capabilities in support of SOF mission planning and F3

EAD.
* Support T&E planning, oversight, and evaluation of current and next-generation EW/SIGINT equipment, including CONUS/OCONUS environments.
* Support requirements aggregation and tracking in registers/RCMs and review SOOs, SOWs, and PWSs.
* Evaluate proposals for compliance with RFPs and programmatic considerations of cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with EW/SIGINT/ISR systems, including 3-5+ years in T&E, integration, or operational employment within DoD.
* Strong understanding of EW techniques, threat systems, and countermeasures.
* Experience with requirements management and acquisition documentation.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Warfare, or related field.
* TOP SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

* SOF, joint EW, or intelligence community program experience.
* Experience managing or overseeing FSR contracts and global EW support.
