Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for our valued client in Fort Atkinson, WI!

• Open to Full-Time or Part-Time
• 1st shift: 8:00am-4:30pm M-F

The Pay for Marketing Specialist:

• $58,
• A competitive compensation package will be offered based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
• Overtime pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Marketing Specialist:

• Develop and execute multi-brand marketing strategies that align with company goals and highlight our manufacturing excellence.
• Analyze market trends, digital performance, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
• Build annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs; report on ROI

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing (B2B or manufacturing preferred). Proven success in managing brand identity, content creation, and digital campaigns.
