Salary Range: $21.50 To $27.00 Hourly

From prepping and testing chemicals to applying powder paint and running automated equipment, you'll play a key role in delivering top‑quality finishes. What

You’ll Do
  • Prep Like a Pro:
    Perform chemical testing and maintenance for pre-treatment processes.
  • Paint with Precision:
    Apply powder paint manually or using automated systems to meet quality standards.
  • Set Up & Solve:
    Configure paint equipment and troubleshoot issues to keep production moving.
  • Quality First:
    Assist with audits and inspections using precision measuring tools.
  • Stay Organized:
    Coordinate product hanging and manage re‑paint schedules.
  • Communicate & Improve:
    Report performance issues and participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Safety Always:
    Follow all safety policies, including PPE, Lock Out Tagout, and ergonomic practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, plus 35 years experience OR technical degree with 1 year experience.
  • Basic PLC/CNC knowledge.
  • Ability to pass required assessments and complete training plans.
  • Solid PC skills for navigation and data entry.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request).
  • Skilled in using tape measures, calipers, coating thickness gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
