Coordinate paint line loading and unloading schedules to meet customer's delivery requirements. Regulary communicate with team-members, MC's, PC's and Scheduling to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to address any exceptions. Load/Unload leads are responsible for maintaining quality standards and accurate part counts.

- Follow all Spacesaver safety policies and procedures. Demonstrate proper ergonomic practices, understand E-stops, and pinch points.
- Perform Standard Work by following Work/Operator Instructions/Training
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Meet or exceed department's production efficiency goals.
- Understand and practice 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
- Communicate to PC or Supervisor regarding required preventative maintenance on machines as required.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Complete quality inspections using precision measuring devices.
- Perform problem solving and containment. Perform in-process documentation and non-conforming material process.
- Complete all required record documentation.
- Support and participate in assignments in other work areas, as work load demands change.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Use Spacesaver's ERP system to join and leave a work center as a team member or operator, start/stop shop orders, and report quantities of acceptable and scrap product.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and be available to work overtime as needed.

- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience or a technical degree and 1-2 years of experience.
- Achievement of a passing score on required assessments.
- Complete all assigned developmental training plans, classes, and certifications.
- Solid PC familiarity, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos in the English language. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to other team members.
