Fort Health Care is a patient-centered hospital and healthcare system serving individuals, businesses and families in Jefferson, Dane, and Walworth Counties. We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Reception team.

Shift:
Every other Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Every other Sunday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Includes some holidays

This individual is the first contact visitors have with Fort Healthcare. Excellent customer service is needed to handle a variety of situations promptly and efficiently. This position will enhance the Patient Experience.

• Greets all visitors and patients to Fort Healthcare with a smile and friendly demeanor.
• Provides additional hospitality as needed including helping to call for rides, providing directions and assisting Partners.
• Assists visitors with their needs, including class registration and patient room access/directions.
• Maintains Lost and Found. Contacts owners to recover found items.
• Provides backup coverage support to Switchboard.
• Promotes seamless care to the patient by communicating effectively the RESPECT values with staff, patients and providers.

• High school Diploma or GED
• One year of customer service required.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to use Windows programs.
