Brand Ambassador

Position: Brand Ambassador - June to August 2026
Manufacturer of Premium Meat Products in Fort Atkinson

Jones Dairy Farm, a family owned and operated business for over 135 years, is looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at events, festivals, and promotions. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of the experience-engaging with guests, sharing information, distributing swag, and helping create a fun, memorable atmosphere.

Position Summary:

Responsible for strengthening business relationships with customers, local businesses and organizations through brand recognition at Wisconsin based events. Implement assigned strategies to represent the brand and drive sales. Administer coupon distribution and track and report activity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a friendly, enthusiastic, representative of the brand.
• Engagement with attendees in a positive, approachable, and professional manner
• Distribute promotional materials, samples, and swag
• Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and general event operations
• Educate guests about the brand, event activities, or sponsors
• Encourage participation in activities, contests, or social media engagement
• Answer basic questions and direct attendees as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with large crowds
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous promotional, customer service, or event experience is a plus (but not required)

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor, or festival environments
• Passion for food, events, or community experiences is a bonus

Physical Requirements:

Visual and manual dexterity to operate company vehicles including the event trailer. Requires continuous walking, bending, stooping, reach above shoulders, standing, sitting, talking, hearing, finger manipulation with exposure to cold, hot and noisy environments. Ability to occasionally lift over 50 lbs. required.
