• Shift Monday to Friday with 3:00 am – 6:00 am dispatch time

The Driver – SCM is responsible for driving a tractor‑trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over‑the‑road (OTR), shuttle, overnight and drive‑and‑drop routes. The driver delivers and/or unloads food and food‑related products to customers safely and timely, following Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and Performance Food Group safety standards.

• Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip) according to DOT regulations.
• Report all safety issues and follow all DOT and company safe driving guidelines.
• Inspect trailers for properly loaded and secured freight.
• Perform count checks of items and verify customer invoices.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Move tractor to loading dock and attach the preloaded trailer.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders according to the predetermined route schedule.
• Unload products, move items into designated customer storage areas, and perform damage control checks.
• Verify delivery of items, obtain signatures, collect money (cash or checks) when required, and load customer returns onto trailer.
• Ensure tractor, trailer, and freight are locked and secured.
• Unload damaged goods, customer returns, and trash from trailers as required.
• Maintain daily record of hours of service in log per Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area, and keep trailers clean.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 12+ months commercial tractor/trailer experience.
• Valid CDL‑A and must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and road test.
• Attain or have valid current DOT Health Card or be able to secure new DOT Health Card.
• Able to hand‑lift and use two‑wheeler, lift gate, and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight ranging from 10‑35 pounds up to 60‑90 pounds during shift.
