Join the team at Apex Communications, Arkansas’ largest authorized AT&T retailer. We are seeking a motivated Connectivity Expert to assist customers with cellular, broadband, and entertainment services. Salary ranges from $15.00 to $27.00 per hour based on sales performance. Full time.

As a Connectivity Expert, you will help customers with their cellular, broadband, and home entertainment needs.

• Directly assist new and existing customers.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Become a product and solutions expert and help all customers with wireless service plans, devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages.
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by sales management.
• Participate as a team player, constantly supporting other team members.
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct.
• Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED (2-year associate’s degree preferred).
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
• Team player with a fantastic attitude and a will to win.
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.
