Commercial Roofing Salesman

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Roofing Salesman to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong knowledge of commercial roofing products, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Our in-house project management and operations team will provide support with material ordering and project scheduling.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.
• Conduct site assessments and provide accurate roofing solutions and estimates.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
