Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is opening a new spa in Cedar Hill, TX! We are growing rapidly and have become an addition to an already successful franchise system with over 500 locations across the US and Canada!

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our newly opened spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented
, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management
, spa operations

• Membership Conversion – You understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to welcome, empower, and connect with your clients.
• Revenue – Understand how to drive revenue via maximizing the schedule, marketing and upgrading services.
• Recruiting – Passion for building a team of spa professionals!
• Operations – Measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience.

• 3 to 5 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
• Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
• Strong and clear communication skills

• $35,000 - $45,000 base salary range – plus yearly bonuses.
• Additional incentive- bonuses on gift card goals for the holiday season.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
