IT Manager

We are working on a Senior IT Manager role for a growing, well-backed manufacturing client in North Texas. This is a direct-hire, onsite position (5 days/week) where the IT leader will play a hands‑on role supporting an entire manufacturing facility while helping scale IT operations globally.

This person will own IT infrastructure end to end
—network, servers, cloud, security, disaster recovery, and ERP—while also managing and leading a team
. The role has strong visibility and works closely with operations, engineering, and global partners, including international (China-based) vendors. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands‑on in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

• Senior IT Manager role (must have prior management experience)
• Manufacturing environment with full-facility IT responsibility

• ERP experience preferred (SAP a plus)

• Salary range $120K–$145K, medical, dental, vision, 401K
