• Observe and assess each child's development and progress.
• Engage in interactive play and activities to promote learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the learning experience.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or ECE degree preferred.
• Previous experience working with infants or in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of young children.
• Background check clearance required.
