We currently have six depots and are the sole IVECO dealer group in Scotland.

Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises, whilst also offering a wide range of used vehicles.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at the service desk of our busy vehicle workshop, Monday - Friday shifts with rotational Saturday mornings. Branch is closed on Sundays.

The Role
  • Dealing with customer enquiries either in person or via the telephone.
  • Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans.
  • Explaining the repair process as required.
  • Obtaining order numbers from customers/lease companies when required.
  • Selling Additional Products And Services When Required.
  • Call handling and dealing with general enquiries.
The Person
  • NAT 5 Maths & English
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, hardworking, and trustworthy
  • Willingness to learn
  • Education:

    GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
