Forfar (2 day per week) + Remote (3 days per week), only applicants residing within 20 miles of Forfar will be considered. Pay: 14 per hour Start:
January 2026
We are seeking a Licensing Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis until April 2026 (with the possibility of review). This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with a variety of applications and customer queries.
Key Responsibilities- Processing a variety of licensing applications
- Following up on applicant queries and contacting applicants for further information
- Taking payments and ensuring accurate records
- Monitoring and managing a shared email inbox
- Working to deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable using digital systems and Microsoft Office
- 2 day per week in Forfar office, 3 days remote (after training)
- Temporary contract until April 2026
- 14 per hour
