The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Test & Validation Engineer II to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).

As a Test & Validation Engineer II, you’ll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi‑disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements for Antenna and Radar Products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing through collaboration with a multi‑disciplined team
• Improving yields
• Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
• Creating and overseeing improvement projects
• Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
• Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations
• Participating in internal design review of Prime Hardware and test environment

This job is posted as ON‑SITE and is located at Raytheon’s Forest, MS facility.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with typically a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with data analysis

• Preferred major in electrical engineering or engineering technology
• Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents
• Experience with project execution
• Experience in Power Supply testing
• Experience in analog/power electronic component analysis and selection
• Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics
• Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, etc.)
