WhatYou Will Do
The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Test & Validation Engineer II to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).
As a Test & Validation Engineer II, you’ll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi‑disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements for Antenna and Radar Products.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing through collaboration with a multi‑disciplined team
- Improving yields
- Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
- Creating and overseeing improvement projects
- Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
- Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations
- Participating in internal design review of Prime Hardware and test environment
This job is posted as ON‑SITE and is located at Raytheon’s Forest, MS facility.
Qualifications You Must Have- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with typically a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with data analysis
- Preferred major in electrical engineering or engineering technology
- Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents
- Experience with project execution
- Experience in Power Supply testing
- Experience in analog/power electronic component analysis and selection
- Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics
- Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, etc.)
