* What You Will Do:
** The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Sr. Test & Validation Engineer to support the Raytheon Forest Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).As a Sr. Test & Validation Engineer, you’ll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements.

Your responsibilities may also include:
* Developing and maintaining Test Procedures
* Root cause analysis and resolution of test failures (hardware and test environment)
* Maintaining related STE (Special Test Equipment) and specifying replacement equipment when required (obsolescence)
* Training technicians to use Test Procedures and providing written directions for troubleshooting instruction
* Transforming complex information and data into clear, concise and visually engaging slides
* Training entry level Test Engineers on test process
* Some travel may be required (
