Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for our clinic location in Forest Park. The BCBA will manage a caseload of 4–7 clients
, ages 2–7, receiving either focused or comprehensive models of care in a clinic setting. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
.
In addition to client work, this role includes opportunities for professional growth by supporting the supervision of approximately 8 graduate students per semester in collaboration with the Clinic Director and Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct oversight, training, and ongoing supervision to RBTs and graduate students.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure clinical quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members to support treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture that values sustainability and growth.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (required).
- 2–4 years of BCBA experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Hourly or salaried options available: $65–$75/hr or 80k-100k
