school‑based positions across Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide school‑based social work services to K–12 students
- Support student mental health, behavior, and social‑emotional development
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re‑evaluations
- Develop and support IEP and 504 plans
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
