Salary & Benefits

Salary $60k-$70k base salary (Negotiable, depending on experience). Uncapped commission - OTE $120k+ Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Mileage reimbursement, vehicle allowance, cell phone, laptop, and expense account.

Job Summary

Our client is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow a high-opportunity trailer leasing territory in the Atlanta / South Metro area. This is a field-based B2B sales role with significant autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and building long-term business relationships.

You’ll work directly with distribution centers, logistics operations, and freight-heavy businesses to provide long-term trailer leasing solutions. While existing accounts are in place, success in this role comes from a strong hunting mentality and a drive to grow the territory.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect new customers through onsite visits, cold outreach, and territory planning
  • Meet with operations managers, dock supervisors, and logistics leaders
  • Understand customer freight flow and equipment needs
  • Present long-term trailer leasing solutions and pricing
  • Reactivate previous customers and renew expiring leases
  • Manage contracts, paperwork, and customer onboarding
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service issues with internal teams
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and territory presence
  • Travel extensively within a 3-hour radius, including occasional overnights
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales, field sales, or territory management experience
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and time in the field
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-driven
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable selling to industrial, logistics, or operations-focused customers
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Early-career candidates with flexibility and ambition encouraged to apply
