OverviewThe Assistant Manager works closely with and reports to the General Manager. They are the "Every Day" leader for the restaurant. They focus on sales, guest satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness and product quality.
Responsibilities- Lead daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Focus on sales growth, product quality, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Support recruiting, training, and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the quick service industry
- High school education
- Desire to learn and grow
- Valid Driver's License
