Overview
General Manager – Station Operations
Sky Hop Global is seeking a hands-on, accountable General Manager to lead one high-volume station supporting airline crew transportation. This role is ideal for a leader who understands how to run a business, manage a P&L, and lead a large, frontline team in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This is not a remote or hands-off leadership role. You will be visible, engaged, and directly involved in the success of your station.

As General Manager, you are fully accountable for the performance of one station.
- Lead and develop a large, multi-layered team including leaders, dispatch, and drivers
- Own P&L performance, including labor management, scheduling, and cost control
- Direct daily operations to ensure safe, on-time, and reliable service for airline partners
- Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable to standards and results
- Build and sustain a culture of teamwork, safety, and operational excellence
- Partner with HR and Training to hire, onboard, and develop talent
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and airline requirements
- Be available as needed for a 24/7/365 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A hands-on operational leader who leads from the front
- Strong understanding of P&L management and workforce planning
- Experience leading large teams in transportation, logistics, hospitality, retail, or similar 24/7 environments
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable
- Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and owning outcomes
- Willing and able to work a schedule that supports airline operations, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Base salary: $100,000, plus up to 20% monthly bonus potential

Salary Description
$100,000 + monthly bonus opportunities
