• 4‑day work week with 3 days 8 am – 5 pm and 1 day 8 am – 7 pm
• 100% outpatient – no hospital rounding required
• See 25–30 patients per day with established patient base
• Light call burden – only 2–3 calls per week
• One Saturday per month with shared call rotation
