This is a role for a driven Sales Executive who gets a buzz from opening doors, building pipelines, and closing deals. You’ll be trusted to hunt, rewarded for results, and supported by a business that genuinely invests in its salespeople.

Join a successful UK manufacturing business supplying specialist equipment to a broad B2B customer base. They are known for innovation, reliability and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close

Follow up on inbound enquiries promptly and professionally

Research target markets, sectors, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities

Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities within the CRM system

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate :

Proven experience in a targeted, new business, or outbound sales environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

A confident, resilient, and self-motivated approach to sales

The ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively

A results-driven mindset with a genuine hunger to exceed targets

Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities

Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
