Our Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme is a 4‑year programme designed to give you the technical skills and hands‑on experience needed to become a Maintenance Technician (Electrical).
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at workDay to day duties will include but not be limited to learning the following:
- PLC’s and fault finding
- Testing motors, drives and pumps
- General problem solving
- Safety circuits and isolators
- Develop knowledge on motors and pumps

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
