$2,000 guarantee draw a month plus commission

• Greet and engage customers as they enter the dealership
• Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and financing options
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Negotiate sales and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Stay up to voy the inventory, promotions, and dealership policies
• Work closely with the finance team, service department, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
