Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED-General Studies.
• Valid identification and the ability to work legally in the United States;
Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 1 experience in plastic injection molding preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience in a plastics facility is great.
• 2-3 year tenure at least.
• The ability to multitask, run several projects at the same time without losing the ability to complete them on time; communicate with other departments in a professional and respectful manner; basic computer skills; strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems. If not, then how comfortable are they with computers? Scanning, barcode systems, etc.
• Knowledge of proper use of forklift/ electric forklift, pallet jacks, scales, and other shipping equipment; working knowledge of inventory control systems including bar code systems, working knowledge of all types of materials.
• To be able to perform daily tasks safely; to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Walking is required within the office/shop areas.
• Sitting, standing, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending, and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, and fingers are physical requirements.
• Must have correctable eyesight and good depth perception.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to walk, sit and occasionally climb and balance.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move objects in a safe manner using proper equipment.
• Must have dexterity with hands.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them within a timely manner (results oriented);
Ability to make decisions with limited information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and return raw materials, components, and packaging to the staging area on timely basis per dispatch.
• Compound/Blend colorants with base resin, utilizing material tumbler, scale and at time manually mixing and perform line clearance on material dryers at the end of their use per Quality system process.
• Reconcile (including correct material count), document and return unused raw materials, intermediate finished components, and packaging to the warehouse for restocking upon job completion within ERP.
• And complete all applicable documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and verification of inventory within Epicor or other systems.
• Backup to molding and or assembly cleanroom operators.
• Other duties as assigned.
