Overview
The Forest Lake Police Department is accepting applications for full-time Police Officer positions. Qualified candidates will be highly motivated, committed to community-oriented policing, and demonstrate a strong work ethic along with excellent communication skills.
Salary & BenefitsThe approved 2026 contract salary range is $92,788 to $112,902 ($44.61 - $54.28/hour) annually, in addition to medical and dental benefit contributions of up to $1,565 per month. Additional compensation and benefit considerations include front‑loaded vacation and sick leave accrual for qualified lateral candidates. A streamlined training program may also be available based on prior experience. All employees are eligible for up to $2,000 per year in tuition reimbursement.
