Our wonderful team of over 600 employees provides world class service for our year‑round entertainment business that includes table games, stadium‑style gaming, tournament and live poker tables, a horse racetrack, dining, entertainment events, and an upscale hotel with amenities and a pool.

Running Aces is seeking qualified individuals to fill many part‑time positions dealing pit table games. We are seeking personable team players with flexible work schedule availability. Work hours may vary and may include days, nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed.

Start an exciting career in the gaming industry by attending Running Aces' free dealer training! Trainees must attend 4 weeks of unpaid training. All trainees must pass a background check on their first day of class (you may not have had any felonies, at any time, on your record). Upon successful completion of training and passing assessment checkpoints, trainees will be offered a part‑time position as a pit dealer.

Class dates are: 02/02/26- 02/27/65, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm. You must be able to attend all training class dates.

Ensure great customer service by dealing a standardized, smooth and mechanically efficient game. Control game action and players. Ensure games are dealt in agreement with Running Aces policies and procedures.

• Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers.
• Provides a friendly, congenial, harmonious atmosphere for customers and fellow employees.
• Deals and enforces game rules in accordance with departmental procedures all the while maintaining the pace of the game.
• Responsible for the table tray maintenance.
• Works on the pit room floor in other capacities as directed by the Pit Manager.
• Cooperate with casino manager(s) and floor personnel and call for assistance for any concerns or decisions.
• Perform flooring/clerking responsibilities and effectively assist other floors/clerks and dealers.
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job. Begin dealer rotation in complete uniform expectations and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Knowledge of all card room tournaments and promotions.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and casino policy and procedures.
• Accept constructive criticism and counseling in a positive, professional manner.
• Ensure that guests are welcomed into a clean, safe and professional environment by taking ownership and having pride of the overall cleanliness of your work area.
• Attend all meetings and training as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Reliable, trustworthy, pleasant personality, able to handle pressure and/or difficult situations.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money
