BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Nurse Supervisor in our Home Health office in Forest Hill, MD that serves clients in Harford and Cecil counties.

Your day as Nurse Supervisor Home Health may look like this:
  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to a team of field nurses and therapists
  • Manage OASIS/HCHB workflows, ensure execution of 485s (care plans), QA for errors, ensure adherence with Medicare regulations
  • Onboard, train and evaluate new field staff, ongoing coaching
  • Triage health-related concerns over the phone
Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor Home Health:
  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience
  • Home Health field experience required
  • Recent OASIS experience required
