Forest Grove – Mig Welder

We are seeking skilled welders to support our manufacturing and fabrication process. Recent welding graduates and experienced welders are encouraged to apply. The role involves laying out, fitting, and welding fabricated and forged components to assemble structural forms such as switch bases and frames, along with other components in our product line.

• Conduct lay outs and position, align, fit, and fabricate metal components.
• Clamp and tack‑weld parts to secure position for welding.
• Set up equipment and weld parts using arc or gas welding equipment.
• Document and record work completed and materials scraped or rejected.
• Ensure the quality of parts being produced by checking specifications and material quality along with operating functionality.

• Metal fabrication/welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in welding measurements.
• MIG and TIG welding experience.

• Experience with stainless steel and aluminum welding.
• Capability to work with mild steel and using a tape measure.
• Understanding of flux core and blueprint reading.

Our work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and wet or humid conditions, as well as outside weather conditions including extreme cold and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Forest Grove, OR.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $29.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Forest Grove,OR.
