- Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license
- 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years or 6 months of Class A experience within the last year
- No DUI within 5 years or 10 years if CDL holder at time of DUI
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests
- Run the I-5 corridor – Average 1,800 to 2,500 miles weekly; 7‑14 days out, 2 days home (34‑hr reset)
- Quad State Route – CA, AZ, NV, UT – 7‑10 days out, 2‑3 days home; 2,500 to 2,700 weekly miles
- Average 1,700 to 1,900 miles weekly; 5‑6 days out and 2 days off (tri‑state area: Arizona, California, Nevada)
- Background check required under 49 CFR Part 391; qualified applications with arrest or conviction records considered in accordance with Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and California Fair Chance Act
Trip pay ranges from $0.45 to $0.63 CPM, depending on route and experience.
Transparent, Reliable, Understandable Pay (TRU Pay) structure gives drivers pay increases based on individual production.
Monthly Safety & Production Bonus and Automatic Pay Increases available.
