Security Officer - Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site employees, visitors, and vendors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control entry and exit at building and/or vehicle gates by verifying identification, authorizations, and deliveries; issue temporary credentials as directed and maintain visitor and contractor logs.;
Monitor access control systems, alarms, and camera feeds to identify potential security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized entry; document observations per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as needed and completing detailed incident reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and perimeter points to check doors, gates, and restricted areas for security-related issues and report maintenance concerns.
