Fulfillment Associate - FDL 1st Shift

We are hiring for a non-rotating 1st Shift Fulfillment Associate Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm to provide safe and efficient material handling to support customer needs. This full-time position will report to the Facility Manager or Supervisor and may occasionally require weekends, holidays, and overtime.

• Responsible for the picking and packing of orders for a dedicated customer account.
• Utilize all material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensure all safety and position standard operating procedures are followed.

• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities, as needed.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate technology equipment including Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners to manage inventory.
• Previous knowledge or a desire to learn about the product being handled.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in warehouse environment.
• Some experience operating forklift truck, order picker.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time through hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be willing and able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms that are provided by the company.
