- East Coast regional dry van routes
- 2,200–2,500+ practical miles per week once solo
- 100% no-touch freight
- Assigned automatic tractor you can take home
- 4–6 weeks paid hands‑on mentoring
- Straight upgrade to solo after training
- $300 cash bonus + $300 orientation pay = $600 first check
- Guaranteed weekly pay all 4–6 weeks of training
- Solo pay: $1,200–$1,500+ weekly after upgrade
- Pay per mile starts at $0.56 CPM (practical miles) after training
- Stop, detention, layover, and safety bonuses
- Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) after 30 days
- Rider and pet program available after 30 days
- Home every 14 days
- Valid Class A CDL, 21+
- 120+ hours from accredited CDL school
- Stable employment history and clean-ish MVR/PSP (case‑by‑case)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen
