Healthcare Driver

Carepool - Healthcare Driver role. Healthcare Drivers needed, use your own car to make money while helping others! We have created a transportation platform for people with disabilities and the aging population. Work on your own schedule on a project basis. Would you like to help individuals with special needs, developmental disabilities or the aging population integrate better into society? That’s our goal  are seeking drivers who want to take consistent rides and build trusting relationships.

Make a difference! This works in a similar fashion to driving Uber, but some riders are scheduled on a daily or weekly basis. Partner with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.

• Provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for riders, including individuals with disabilities and the aging population.
• Operate on your own schedule on a project basis and coordinate rides; partner with other drivers to cover shifts as needed.
• Foster trusting relationships with riders to support their independence and community integration.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and compliant with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Follow schedules and communicate clearly with riders and Carepool administrators.

• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• 100% clean driving record (minor tickets allowed only occasionally; typically every 2–5 years).
• Must be at least 21 years old and have more than 5 years of driving experience.
• Healthcare-specific experience and 1 year of professional driving are preferred.
