We are a regional Audio Video Sales and Installation firm that routinely travels throughout the Midwest servicing and installing systems primarily in churches, light commercial and high end residential locations. The majority of our work is out of state, involving hotel stays and extended hours.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Technician located in Waupun, WI. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining AV systems, including video conferencing setups, lighting, projectors, and audio equipment. Daily tasks include performing system diagnostics, setting up and operating AV equipment, and ensuring quality and functionality in various settings, such as commercial spaces and places of worship.
Qualifications- Experience in installation, maintenance, and operation of Audio Visual (AV) systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to AV equipment
- Familiarity with video conferencing systems and their configurations
- Knowledge of lighting systems and projectors used in AV setups
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on-site at client locations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and handle AV equipment as required during installations
- Prior experience in church AV or similar environments is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to job sites
