• Greet customers and identify the Motorcycle that meets their needs
• Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience

• Must be self-motivated
• Must have basic math skills
• Great customer services skills
• Know how to connect with customers and offer them the best experience possible
• Must have knowledge of basic social media skills (Facebook and Instagram) to promote yourself and reach out to customers in other ways
• Must know how to use basic computer
• Must be willing to work weekends and some evenings
• Must be willing to learn to ride if you don’t already have a motorcycle endorsement
• Must commit yourself and participate in all aspects of our brand. For example: riding to bike nights or charity rides (not for pay)
