ROLE OBJECTIVES
- Drive sales by promoting new and existing products and growing market share in assigned accounts.

- Manage accounts receivable and collections in accordance with company standards, in collaboration with the Credit Department.
- Maintain and regularly update sales route lists, including buyer information, call schedules, and merchandising details.
- Maintain a complete and up‑_request sales and display kit, includingjets, pricing, sell sheets, samples, and point‑of‑sale materials.
- Complete and submit required reports and surveys accurately and on time.
- Maintain availability to work flexible hours, including overtime or on‑call support, nights, weekends chicand holidays.
- Partisipate in internal Badger University training and development programs.
- Prepare for and support supplier market blitzes and sales visits.
- Deliver effective retailer sales presentations to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
- Grow market share through execution of floor displays, ads, and pointe‑of‑sale materials in alignment with company standards.
