This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Fond du Lac, WI, for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in choosing the right vehicles, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle options, facilitating test drives, managing sales transactions, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team goals.

• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Time management, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use dealership management software
• Previous sales or automotive experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are an advantage
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
