Sales Representative - Green Bay

• Drive sales by promoting new and existing products and growing market share in assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, staff training, tastings, and timely follow-up.
• Plan and execute territory strategies, pre-planned sales calls, and account-specific objectives to maximize results.
• Maintain and update sales tools, route lists, point-of-sale materials, and merchandising displays to support sales efforts.
• Manage accounts receivable, monitor pricing, margins, and profitability, and use data to make informed decisions.
• Execute promotions and events to increase product adoption.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership, uphold professional conduct, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• One to three years of sales experience preferred.
• Industry certifications such as Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS) or Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) preferred.
• Experience in a distribution and/or sales environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record required.

• Associate’s or better in Business Administration.
• Bachelor’s or better in Business Administration.
• First Aid, Cert. Wine Educ., Cert. Spirits Educ., Cert. Spec. of Wine, Cert. Spec. of Spirits.
